About the event
At Life Body Health our aim is to provide a balance where people have time to both move and rest their bodies and minds so they go home feeling refreshed, invigorated and with a new confidence in how to maintain a balanced lifestyle back in the real world. Our retreat is an intimate affair with 5 to 6 guest spaces available and we cater for all experience levels.
Across the week, we include a combination of both exercise and relaxation activities for all levels and no week is exactly the same.

Hiking in the Andalucian mountains
Resistance Training sessions
Yoga & Pilates classes
