Embark on a journey towards superior fitness, health, and well-being with our tailored offerings designed specifically for professional women seeking to balance senior level careers as well as invest in their fitness health and longevity.

As we enter into our 40s and beyond, the way we think about exercise and nutrition needs to change, even if we're not experiencing major symptoms or shifts.

Each of us will experience this transformative phase differently, therefore understanding what's happening and its implications for our health, fitness and physique is important.

Life Body Health offers both programmes and retreats designed for the female professional, to suit those with differing levels of time commitment and goals.

What an amazing experience! Retreat in Spain with 3 other CIO’s Christina Scott, Charlotte Baldwin and Nadine Thomson. All brilliantly run by Georgina Pawley of #lifebodyhealth. We have enjoyed Pilates, Qigong, Yoga, Sound bath, Nutrition counselling, Hiking, relaxing, great food and wine and the BEST company, all in a stunning setting. Thoroughly recommended for teams, friends or individuals….now totally relaxed and my WHOOP agrees too.
Georgina reached out to me with the leadership retreat details and asked if I would be interested. As a busy mother of 2 plus and never having enough time in my day to day to do everything I want to in my professional life, my initial response was "I wish I had the time". After further research, I realised, I have to MAKE the time to be the best I can be. I went to Georgina's retreat early 2023 and I was absolutely 'wow'd' by the experience.
Georgina took the time to understand my needs and lifestyle and create workouts that are effective and achievable for the stage that I'm at. I can feel my strength building each week, which gives me the confidence to push myself and do more each session without fear of injury.
