The Life Body Health retreat is an exclusive personal and professional wellness experience where female leaders can re-set, re-assess and re-energise through a combination of holistic wellness activities coaching and a business focused workshop.​

With space for up to 5 guests per retreat, these intimate events offer an unrivalled opportunity for peer networking and connection where everyone receives the time and focus they deserve.

  • Pool & downtime; reflect, rest, re-assess

  • A varied daily menu of tasty, nutritious meals including private chef

  • Last evening dinner in the local Spanish town

PROFESSIONAL COACHING

  • 1-2-1 Professional coaching Session to use as you'd like: download, strategise, create a plan etc.

  • ​1-2-1 Lifestyle Session with Erika, our amazing and caring Ayurvedic coach and nutritionist. Learn about how different food and drinks affect you personally based on your constitution as well as your time of life.

WELLNESS SESSIONS

  • Group session incorporating:

    • nutrition

    • menopause

    • mindfulness

    • stress management

    • improved sleep

    • sound bath

YOGA & PILATES

  • The Yoga class is on the terrace and caters for all levels. Karen is our Yin yoga instructor and Georgina takes the Pilates classes.

  • Low impact, focus on strength, stretching and mobility

RESISTANCE TRAINING

  • Weights, dumbbells and kettle bells

  • Resistance loop and bands

  • Body weight exercises

Critical for supporting muscle strength and bone density to stave of age-related conditions such as osteoporosis and sarcopenia.

HIKING

  • Hiking trips are usually 2-3 hours each in duration

​

  • Beautiful scenic routes along the Sierra de Mijas 

​

  • Mindfulness, conversation, connection

​

  • No prior hiking experience necessary!
