RETREAT

The Life Body Health retreat is a luxury boutique personal and professional wellness experience where female leaders can re-set, re-assess and re-energise through a combination of holistic wellness activities coaching and a business focused workshop.

Our goal is to set a strong 360 degree wellness foundation that each woman can benefit from enhancing her success both personally and professionally.

With space for up to 6 guests per retreat, these intimate events offer an unrivalled opportunity for peer networking and connection where everyone receives the time and focus they deserve. 

We also offer bespoke designed retreats for corporate organisations looking to invest in their female leadership talent.

Pre-Retreat:

  • 1-2-1 introduction coaching session and individual goal setting

The Retreat:

  • Group coaching workshops, 1-2-1 sessions

  • Professional impact assessment 

  • Daily movement e.g. Pilates, Yoga, Resistance training

  • Nutrition & wellbeing workshops plus personalised wellness plan

  • Networking and connecting as a small group

  • Massages, pool & personal time; reflect, rest, re-assess

  • A varied daily menu of tasty, nutritious meals including private chef

At Finca Florita, we can accommodate 6 guests per retreat 

  • All rooms are individually designed, en-suite with luxury towels and luxury products

  • Hiking trips are usually 2-3 hours each in duration

  • Beautiful scenic routes along the Sierra de Mijas 

  • Mindfulness, conversation, connection

  • No prior hiking experience necessary!
