The Life Body Health retreat is an exclusive fitness & wellbeing experience set in the Andalucian mountains. It is designed for female leaders looking to re-set, re-energise and prioritise their own fitness and health needs.
With space for up to 5 guests per retreat, these intimate events offer an unrivalled opportunity for individualised and group programmes focused on fitness, health, and mindfulness, as well as an opportunity to meet other female leaders with similar challenges and experiences.
Expect to leave feeling confident, energised, refreshed and knowledgeable around exercise, nutrition, stress-management and how to mitigate the challenges of middle-age and menopause related changes.
